Details are scanty but it looks like this is taken in Australia probably near Broome, WA. We're also making inquiries about the dugong seen on the beach and referred to by the filmer as "speared" but it does appear that is was taken by local indigenous people presumably within appropriate guidelines.

Dog Bites Shark!
Check out this video of a couple of dogs herding what looks like leopard sharks!
