Back in the day

Many an old timer will tell you fishing was more fun "back in the day" and after seeing this video from the Smithsonian Institute, it might be hard to argue!

This incredible footage from 1934, shows a keen fisherman taking fly fishing toa new level - by capturing a shark from the cabin of the Goodyear blimp!

The black and white video shows a 5 foot long shark caught on the hook of a fishing line and then winched up to the blimp. The 57 second clip, featured on Smithsonian.com, was filmed in 1934 in Fisher Island in Miami, Florida, America.
